The cozy bedroom is separated from the living area by a door – convenient if you plan to use the sofa bed as an additional sleeping option.
Fancy a breathtaking sea view? On the second floor, the spacious rooftop terrace awaits, offering plenty of room for all guests of Villa ARTE to sunbathe or end the day with a relaxing sundowner.

- Payment
Through our online booking system, you can pay directly by credit card or PayPal and will receive a booking confirmation with all further information.
If these payment methods do not work or if you prefer to pay via bank transfer, we will send you a preliminary reservation with our bank details. Upon timely receipt of the amount in our account, you will receive a payment receipt and booking confirmation.

- Cancellation
For cancellations up to 14 days before the start of the rental period, we will refund the apartment price minus a 10% processing fee.
For cancellations less than 14 days before the start of the rental period, we will retain 80% of the apartment price.
Therefore, please consider taking out travel insurance.
