Location
The green north of Tenerife. Far from the mass tourism resorts, yet close to many wonderful attractions. An intact old town with colonial charm. Palm trees and lava coastline. Spectacular views around every corner. And Villa ARTE right in the heart of it all.

Why We Love Tenerife and Garachico
The largest of the Canary Islands boasts a diverse landscape, from a variety of beaches and mystical laurel forests to vineyards, dark lava fields, and the impressive rock formations of the Teno and Anaga mountains—all within a remarkably small area. Spain’s highest peak, Mount Teide, and its surrounding national park are a popular destination, offering countless hiking trails. Charming towns such as Puerto de la Cruz, La Orotava, San Cristóbal de La Laguna, and the island’s capital, Santa Cruz, invite you to stroll through streets steeped in colonial history.
Villa ARTE is located in Garachico, a beautiful town in northern Tenerife, just a short walk from the sea. We love its narrow streets and picturesque buildings, the coastal panorama, the breathtaking sunsets, and the tranquility away from the tourist hotspots in the south. The historic old town is exceptionally well-preserved and has been awarded the “Medalla de Oro al Mérito en las Bellas Artes” by the Spanish government.
And the best time to visit? Always! Because Tenerife is the “Island of Eternal Spring” with a mild climate year-round. Temperatures rarely rise above 30°C in summer and seldom fall below 20°C in winter.
