Position your deckchair towards the sea or enjoy the view of Garachico’s church: The highlight of our exclusive penthouse apartment is its two private terraces, which almost double the apartment’s size with a total of 53 square meters. The terraces offer the perfect setting to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun, sunbathe in the afternoon and enjoy the spectacular sunsets with a glass of wine in the evening. In short: a favourite spot. Lovingly planted with fruit, vegetables, herbs and flowering plants – all within earshot of the soothing sound of the waves.
In addition to a bedroom, living area with kitchen, and bathroom, the Ático Exclusivo includes a separate office – perfect for a workation. Traveling with friends? For added privacy, the office can serve as a second bedroom instead of the living room.
Access is via Calle Esteban de Ponte through the central staircase, which also leads to our shared rooftop terrace on the 2nd floor.

- Payment
Through our online booking system, you can pay directly by credit card or PayPal and will receive a booking confirmation with all further information.
If these payment methods do not work or if you prefer to pay via bank transfer, we will send you a preliminary reservation with our bank details. Upon timely receipt of the amount in our account, you will receive a payment receipt and booking confirmation.

- Cancellation
For cancellations up to 14 days before the start of the rental period, we will refund the apartment price minus a 10% processing fee.
For cancellations less than 14 days before the start of the rental period, we will retain 80% of the apartment price.
Therefore, please consider taking out travel insurance.
