Access to Estudio Verde is via the central staircase, which also leads to the large rooftop terrace on the 2nd floor – with plenty of space for all Villa ARTE guests and views over Garachico and the sea. The sunsets are magical!

Terms & Rules

Through our online booking system, you can pay directly by credit card or PayPal and will receive a booking confirmation with all further information.

If these payment methods do not work or if you prefer to pay via bank transfer, we will send you a preliminary reservation with our bank details. Upon timely receipt of the amount in our account, you will receive a payment receipt and booking confirmation.

Booking process Bookings are processed by the team at our ‘Kunstquartier’ hotel in Nuremberg/Germany.

Check-Out by 11:00 am

For cancellations up to 14 days before the start of the rental period, we will refund the apartment price minus a 10% processing fee.

For cancellations less than 14 days before the start of the rental period, we will retain 80% of the apartment price.
