To the left, the sound of the sea in the natural pools of ‘El Caletón’ is beckoning and to the right, the winding alleyways of Garachico are waiting to be discovered: When you step out of the flat door, it’s hard to choose. Our Loft Rojo, with a bedroom, living room with kitchen, bathroom, and utility room, is the largest unit in Villa ARTE, very quiet with its own entrance. High ceilings and an open floor plan provide a sense of spaciousness and generosity. The highlight is the 5 sqm green patio: Here you can relax in a Mediterranean atmosphere, read the newspaper under the palm trees, have a coffee, or do some small office work.

The shared rooftop terrace used by all units offers a fantastic view over Garachico and the sea – including stunning sunsets.

Terms & Rules

Through our online booking system, you can pay directly by credit card or PayPal and will receive a booking confirmation with all further information.

If these payment methods do not work or if you prefer to pay via bank transfer, we will send you a preliminary reservation with our bank details. Upon timely receipt of the amount in our account, you will receive a payment receipt and booking confirmation.

Booking process Bookings are processed by the team at our ‘Kunstquartier’ hotel in Nuremberg/Germany.

Check-Out by 11:00 am

For cancellations up to 14 days before the start of the rental period, we will refund the apartment price minus a 10% processing fee.

For cancellations less than 14 days before the start of the rental period, we will retain 80% of the apartment price.
